I use a steamer basket in stainless steel for the first time. I just bought and I can not even imagine how to open it. It's like a thing in the middle is taken, I can open a way for them? As long as steam zucchini slices? Thank you! (Dinner in the preparation of legislation and are on the right track!)

You should be able to demonstrate in the center and open it. and then, every size pot.
Normally, my zucchini cook only about 3-4 minutes depending on how much you earn and how did you like fruit and vegetables. I recommend starting with 3-4 minutes and check them, and we have enough to do so, a little salt and pepper and a little oil and its future as a pro!
